Business Development Partner (Commission-Based)
Location: Dubai / Remote
ExCom.ai is an advanced AI platform that helps organizations make faster, better decisions by connecting their systems, data, and knowledge into a unified decision-intelligence layer. Our technology is used across multiple industries, including telecom, manufacturing, sports, and biotech.
We are expanding our commercial footprint and are looking for a high-performing Business Development Partner to drive new opportunities and accelerate growth.
Role Overview
You will lead commercial outreach, identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and move prospects through the sales cycle. This role focuses on B2B growth across sectors such as telecom, manufacturing, sports, and private equity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new opportunities
- Drive outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Conduct introductory meetings and product walkthroughs (material provided)
- Manage a structured pipeline from lead → POC → deal
- Work with leadership on offers, pricing, and proposals
- Provide clear market feedback to support product development

Who You Are
- Strong B2B sales or business development background (SaaS, AI, consulting, telecom, finance, etc.)

- Structured, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Motivated by performance-based earnings and professional growth
Engagement Model
Initial 6-month commission-only agreement, renewable based on performance and mutual fit.
